


6 garlic cloves crushed
300 ml olive oil
Fresh herbs of choice - We used rosemary, chives, parsley, coriander and wild garlic, but you can use whatever you like. The more the merrier but be sure to chop them super fine.
1 fresh chilli sliced fine
Salt and black pepper to taste
75-100g pasta per person
Cook the pasta to the packet instructions.
Pan fry your chicken breasts (We like ours to have a bit of colour on it but you could poach it if you prefer. )
Once the pasta is cooked, top with all your favourite chopped herbs and chilli.
Heat the oil and garlic in a pan until sizzling then pour it over the herby pasta. Top with the chicken and enjoy!
