Buffalo Chicken wings

This buffalo wing recipe will be perfect for the summer bbq. 

Serves: 2ppl

  • Mix your wings with the cornflour and salt, knocking off any excess and place on a rack in the fridge for 2 hours.

  • Set your bbq up for indirect cooking at 190c, or set the oven to 190c.

  • Place the wings on the bbq, coat with oil and have the lid down for the first 30 minutes.

  • Flip the chicken for the last 20 minutes or until the crisp coating forms.

  • Combine the franks buffalo, melted butter and yogurt, seasoning to taste.

  • Toss the wings in the sauce until well coated.

  • Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese sauce.
