Dice the chicken breast in to cubes if whole fillets

Add all marinade ingredients together then pour over chicken and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes

Thread the chicken on to skewers

Cook directly over charcoal, turning regularly until you reach an internal temperature of 73C. You want a slight char on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside

If cooking inside, cook under a hot grill, turning regularly
Serve with salad, flatbreads and your favourite sauces
