Leftover turkey turnovers

If you’re lucky enough to have any leftovers this year here is some inspiration courtesy of Smokin Dan.

Serves: 4 ppl

  • Sliced left over turkey (approx 200g)

  • 1x pack pre rolled puff pastry

  • 1x egg (beaten)

  • 1/2 packet sage and onion stuffing (cooked)

  • 1x jar cranberry sauce

  • Preheat the oven to fan 200 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Unroll the sheet of puff pastry and cut in to 4 rectangles on the lined tray.

  • Spread the stuffing mixture over each rectangle, place the turkey slices on top of the stuffing, and add the cranberry sauce.

  • Take two corners of the pastry and join in the middle. Brush the pastries with the egg mix and cook in the oven for 20-25 mins.
