In a large pan, gently cook the onion and pepper for 5 minutes

Add the garlic & chillies and cook for another 2 minutes

Add the tomato puree and cook for another minute

Add the leftover turkey and the chopped tomatoes and stir thoroughly

Next add in the oregano, chicken stock and cannellini beans. Stir and bring to the boil

Season with salt & pepper then simmer until the chilli is your desired consistency
Grab some crusty bread & butter and dig in!
