What to do if you are not happy

Our website aims to be as comprehensive and as helpful as possible in guiding you through your ordering process. It allows you to check and change your order so please take time to ensure your order is correct before you finally checkout.

When you pay for your order, you agree to buy the Products at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

If any item that you have selected is out of stock or the delivery date you have selected is no longer available we will inform you by e-mail and / or phone call within 1 working day.

Payments

You can make payment online by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, or via your PayPal account should you have one. Alternatively you can also call us in the office to place an order and make payment – we can accept Visa, MasterCard or Maestro card. 

Changes / cancellations

If you have placed an order and wish to change or cancel it please advise us as soon as possible either by phone or email as per contact details on the website. Unless we have begun to process your order you will be able to change or cancel your order.

Returns / Refunds

Upon delivery please check your order thoroughly on the day of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any produce delivered to you, however it goes without saying that if you are unsatisfied we will look resolve the matter promptly.

We are a family run business and take great pride in both our service and the poultry we produce – we will aim to respond to you within 2 workings day where possible.

If the goods ordered by you are not correct or do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may refund or replace the order at our discretion.

It is important that deliveries are refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.
