Our whole birds are an ideal weekend roasting bird, averaging 2.1kg.
We also offer a full range of chicken cuts all butchered and packed by our skilled butchers in our fully approved processing unit.
Produced only once a year for Christmas Day, Herb Fed Christmas Roosters offer a classic alternative to our Herb Fed Free Range Turkeys.
Herb Fed Christmas Roosters are individually boxed and come with Giblets, a pack of fresh herbs and cooking instructions.
Turkeys Processed on-site and hand finished by our skilled team to give the finest bird. We provide whole bronze turkey and turkey crowns all individually boxed with the weight on the box.
Our focus is on improving the birds’ diet and quality of life and ultimately taste. Herb Fed birds are not reared in such a way to taste “herby”, but their unique herb diet gives the meat a greater depth of flavour, enabling us to offer exceptionally well presented birds that taste great to the poultry market.
