Our story began when Edward left London for Yorkshire to build a poultry farm rooted in quality and care. There, he discovered that a diet of fresh, locally sourced herbs transformed both bird welfare and taste.
Now a thriving family affair led by Edward and his wife Emma, on their Yorkshire farm Herb Fed blends traditional slow rearing with a modern production facility. Every step is managed from farm to fork to ensure our poultry is traceable, high-quality, and grown naturally - exactly as it should be.
