We want you to be happy with your order! Please take time to check your order carefully before completing checkout. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products at the prices indicated, including any applicable delivery charges.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
Upon receipt of your order if any item is out of stock or the chosen delivery date is unavailable, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest convenience.

2. Payments
We accept payments online via Shopify who accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple play and Google pay. You can also place an order by phone with payment via Visa or MasterCard.

3. Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. Changes or cancellations can only be accepted before we begin processing your order.

4. Our Commitment
We are a family-run business and take pride in our poultry and service. We aim to respond to queries within 3 working days.
If goods are incorrect or do not meet reasonable expectations, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or replacement.
Important: Deliveries must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt to ensure quality and safety.

5. Returns and Refunds
•    Please check your order thoroughly upon delivery.
•    Due to the nature of our fresh produce, we cannot accept returns once delivered.
•    If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
