1. Terms of Use
1.1 Herb Fed Ltd may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting. You are bound by such revisions and should review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.

2. Licence
2.1 Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, photographs, and graphics, is owned by Herb Fed Limited. 
2.2 You may download, display, or print content from this website for personal use only, provided that:
•    No documents or graphics are modified;
•    Graphics are not used separately from the corresponding text;
•    All copyright and proprietary notices are retained. 
2.3 You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission from Herb Fed Limited. We make no warranties that your use of this website will not infringe rights of third parties. 
2.4 All rights not expressly granted remain with Herb Fed Limited. 
2.5 Breach of these terms will terminate your permission to use the website, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed materials. Herb Fed Limited will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law. 
2.6 No part of this website may be reproduced or included in any other website or electronic retrieval system without prior written permission.

3. Orders
3.1 Orders can be cancelled or amended up to 10 days before the delivery date. After this period, cancellations or changes are not possible. 
3.2 Cancellations can be made by phone to 01347 823155 or by email to: myorder@herbfed.co.uk. 
3.3 Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. 
3.4 Free Range Farming is not an exact science and while we do our best to achieve minimum weights stated in the event that we have stated a minimum weight and are not able to achieve it, you will be notified and refunded any over-payment with 14 working days. 
3.5 If an item becomes out of stock or a delivery date is unavailable, we will notify you via email or phone at the earliest convenience.

4. Disclaimer
4.1 The website is provided "as is". Herb Fed Limited makes no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness and accepts no liability for use of this website or its content. 4.2 We are not responsible for damages or viruses that may affect your equipment due to access or use of the website.
4.3 We may interrupt or discontinue website functionalities without notice and accept no liability for any disruption.

5. Visitor Material and Conduct
5.1 Any material you transmit to this website becomes the property of Herb Fed Limited and may be used for any purpose, including reproduction, publication, and development of products. 
5.2 You may not post or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or harmful, or that infringes the rights of third parties. 
5.3 Hacking or other misuse of the website is prohibited.
5.4 We will cooperate with law enforcement to disclose the identity of anyone posting material in breach of these rules.

6.1 Herb Fed Limited and its affiliates exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this website, except where prohibited by law.
6.2 We are not responsible for content posted by visitors and reserve the right to remove any material that breaches these terms.
6.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6.4 You assume all costs arising from any need to service, repair, or correct equipment, software, or data resulting from use of this website.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
