A hug in a bowl. Like most of the UK through early January we woke to thick snow in the mornings so what more to do than make a big batch of delicious veggie broth to keep that internal heater ticking over. We smothered chicken breasts in the delicious shawarma seasoning and baked in the oven until cooked through. It was the perfect combination and warmed the soul.
