- Place chicken breast into seasoned boiling water, turn the heat down and simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked
- Remove the chicken from the water, shred and add as much or as little franks buffalo hot sauce and mix.
- To make the pizza base mix the flour and salt
- Mix the yeast and sugar into the water and leave about 5 minutes for the yeast to foam
- Add the oil to the flour and water mixture and mix to combine
- Kneed the dough until smooth, place into an oiled bowl and cover for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size
- Divide the dough into two equal parts, shape into balls and let rest in a covered container for 1 hour or until doubled in size
- Once rested, stretch or roll out to desired shape and size
- Spread the pizza sauce on to your rolled out pizza dough and top with mozzarella and shredded buffalo chicken then brush the crust with olive oil.
- Bake in a 250c preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese bubbles away and the pizza looks ready
- Remove from oven
- Add sliced celery and drizzle with blue cheese dressing and more franks buffalo hot sauce and serve.
