These burrito bowls are packed full of goodness. They’re great for dinner or simply load up your lunchbox and it’s your week’s worth of lunch sorted. We took the bone out of the rooster leg, but that’s not necessarily needed if you want to cut corners and make life easier for yourself. It will also cut down some of the preparation time.
