Lemon & Thyme Chicken Sausage

Give these wonderful chicken sausages a try! Goodness me the best we’ve had by far. They are meaty, delicious and packed with flavour - a true hit with all the family. I teamed them up with beautiful creamy beans for a delicious wholesome dinner.

Ingredients


1 pack of 6 Garlic, Herb & Lemon Herb Fed Sausage 

570g jar of Queen white beans & broth

1 onion, diced fine 

2 carrots, diced fine 

2 celery sticks, diced fine 

200ml of chicken stock 

2 big handfuls of baby spinach

Salt & Ground black pepper, to taste 

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Method


Pop the sausages under the grill to cook and brown evenly, approx 20 minutes.   

Meanwhile in a tablespoon of oil gently sauté the onion, garlic, carrot and celery until soft before adding the rosemary, beans and chicken stock.  

Let it bubble gently together for around 10 minutes then add the spinach. You'll see it wilt straight away.

Season to taste and serve topping with the delicious sausages.  Â
