Lemon & Thyme Chicken Sausage

Give these wonderful chicken sausage a try! Goodness me the best we’ve had by far, they are meaty, delicious and packed with flavour, a true hit with all the family. I teamed them up with beautiful creamy beans for a delicious wholesome dinner.

Ingredients


Ingredients 

1 pak of 6 Lemon and Thyme Herb Fed Sausage 

570g jar of Queen white beans & broth

1 onion diced fine 

2 carrots diced fine 

2 celery sticks diced fine 

200ml of chicken stock 

2 big handfuls of baby spinach

Salt & Ground black pepper to taste 

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Method


Method

Pop the sausage under the grill
to cook and brown evenly,  approx 20 minutes.   

 

Meanwhile in a tablespoon of oil
gently sauté the onion, garlic, carrot and celery,  until
soft,  then add the rosemary, beans and chicken stock.  

Let it bubble gently together
for around 10 minutes then add the spinach, you’ll see it wilt straight
away.  Season to taste, Now serve.   Topping with the
delicious sausage.
