Sizzling Chicken Pasta

Do you fancy giving your pasta dish a make over? Then this is the dish for you! You simply cook your pasta to the packet instructions, top your pasta with all your favourite herbs and spices and then pour over hot sizzling oil. Top with succulent Herb Fed chicken and voila, you have the fastest of dinners packed full of flavour that’s bound to put a smile on everybody’s face. What are you waiting for? Ingredients


  • 4 Herb Fed Chicken breasts 
  • 6 garlic cloves crushed
  • 300 ml olive oil
  • Fresh herbs of choice - We used rosemary, chives, parsley, coriander and wild garlic, but you can use whatever you like. The more the merrier but be sure to chop them super fine.
  • 1 fresh chilli sliced fine
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 75-100g pasta per person 

Method


  1. Cook the pasta to the packet instructions.
  2. Pan fry your chicken breasts (We like ours to have a bit of colour on it but you could poach it if you prefer.)
  3. Once the pasta is cooked, top with all your favourite chopped herbs and chilli.
  4. Heat the oil and garlic in a pan until sizzling then pour it over the herby pasta.  Top with the chicken and enjoy!
