Ingredients

  • 1x egg
  • 1x spring onion chopped
  • 1x small carrot grated
  • 1x handful diced cabbage
  • 1x portion ramen/egg noodles
  • Pinch of sesame seeds
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • Homemade turkey stock
  • Left over diced turkey (approx 250g)
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp five spice

Method

  1. Heat the turkey stock in a saucepan, add the soy sauce, five spice and chilli flakes.
  2. Bring to a boil, add the noodles and allow them to cook for 5 mins.
  3. Once the noodles are cooked, put them in to a bowl, leaving the stock in the pan.
  4. Add the diced turkey to the stock and heat for 5 mins. Whilst waiting, boil an egg for 2 mins, and then place in cold water to cool down.
  5. Once cool, peel the egg shell and cut the egg in half.
  6. Pour the stock in to the bowl of noodles, add the carrot, cabbage, egg and spring onion to serve.
