DESCRIPTION

Our free-range Herb Fed chicken thighs come with the bone and skin removed, offering tender, juicy dark meat ideal for slower-cooked dishes where flavour is key. Raised using Herb Fed’s traditional, slow-grown methods and fed a natural diet enriched with fresh herbs, these chickens develop exceptional depth of flavour and texture. Perfect for stews, casseroles, curries, or roasting, these versatile thighs deliver succulent, aromatic results every time. Convenient, flavourful, and sustainably farmed, they make a delicious, hearty addition to any meal.

COOKING GUIDE

Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan) / Gas Mark 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the thighs. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and any of your favourite spices, herbs, or seasonings.
Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes, depending on size.
If you have a digital food thermometer, the internal temperature should reach at least 75°C. Alternatively, pierce the thickest part of the thigh close to the bone with a skewer and check that the juices run clear. Make sure there is no pinkness remaining in the chicken. If there is, return the chicken to the oven for a few more minutes.
Leave to rest on the tray for 5 minutes before serving.

Air Fryer Cooking
Drizzle a little olive oil over the thighs and season with sea salt, black pepper, and any of your favourite spices, herbs, or seasonings.
Place in the air fryer and cook on the “roast” setting for 20–25 minutes at 190°C.
If you have a digital food thermometer, the internal temperature should reach at least 75°C. Alternatively, pierce the thickest part of the thigh close to the bone with a skewer and check that the juices run clear. Make sure there is no pinkness remaining in the chicken. If there is, return the chicken to the air fryer for a few more minutes.

Alternative Cooking Suggestion
Alternatively, try searing the thighs in a large ovenproof pan with some onions, button mushrooms, and garlic. Add a pouch of our own herb-fed golden chicken stock, cover, then braise in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20–25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add a splash of cream and some chopped tarragon. Place the pan back on the hob and reduce the sauce. Season and serve with your favourite accompaniments.

Serve boneless Herb Fed chicken thighs in slow-cooked stews, rich curries, or hearty casseroles. They pair beautifully with root vegetables, fragrant rice, creamy mashed potatoes, or fresh herbs, creating tender, flavourful, and satisfying meals perfect for family dining.
