DESCRIPTION

Made from our Herb Fed chicken bones and carcasses, slowly roasted until golden for rich flavour and colour. These are then combined with carefully selected fresh ingredients and simmered down. A rich and versatile base for gravies, soups, sauces, jus and basting. Delicious and nutritious, tasty enough to be served on its own for drinking or flavouring to use as a bone broth.

COOKING GUIDE

Hob (3-4 minutes): Heat gently in a saucepan until it reaches a light simmer. Do not boil too vigorously!  Serve immediately.

Microwave (3-4 minutes): For best results open the pouch and microwave on full power for 1 minute, let stand for 1 minute and heat for a further 1 minute until piping hot. Serve immediately.

STORAGE INFORMATION

Delivered frozen - the product may partially thaw during transit but will stay frozen and is suitable to be kept frozen if transferred straight into freezer on arrival.

When defrosting, place in a bowl in case the packaging has been compromised. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.

We deliver or you can collect from the farm every Friday - but if Friday doesn’t work for you, just give us a shout… we might be able to twist our own arm!
