DESCRIPTION

A delicious blend of 95% minced chicken and fresh herbs - sage, parsley, tarragon, and a few secret additions we’re keeping under wraps - creates a truly meaty, succulent, and flavour-packed burger. Raised the traditional Herb Fed way, with a natural diet enriched with fresh herbs, the chickens develop exceptional depth of flavour, making these burgers wonderfully aromatic and satisfying.
PACK SIZE

Pack contains 4 burgers. Suggested serving: 1 burger feeds 1 person. Burger approx weight 160g.
COOKING GUIDE

Cook on your BBQ or grill, or in a griddle or frying pan, for 5–10 minutes, or until cooked through.
Alternatively, cook in an air fryer for 6–7 minutes at 200°C on the “roast” setting.
SERVING SUGGESTION

Tuck into a fresh bun with your favourite relish or a generous spoonful of crisp slaw, then serve alongside a bowl of chunky wedges and a vibrant green salad for the perfect meal. Fabulous and filling!

STORAGE INFORMATION

Sold frozen. May thaw slightly on route but will stay frozen and suitable to be kept frozen if transferred straight into freezer on arrival.

Not suitable for re-freezing. Ensure fully thawed before cooking. use with-in 24 hours of de-frosting.

We deliver to your door or you can collect from the farm every Friday - but if Friday doesn’t work for you, just give us a shout… we might be able to twist our own arm!
