Bring the bold, aromatic flavours of the Middle East to your menu with our Ready Cook Middle Eastern Chicken Flatties.

Tender Herb Fed chicken breast escalopes are coated in a carefully balanced blend of cumin, turmeric, coriander, smoked
paprika, garlic, onion and allspice, finished with rapeseed oil to lock in flavour and ensure a succulent, juicy bite. Perfect for grilling, pan-frying or chargrilling, these versatile flatties deliver warm, fragrant spices with a subtle smoky finish, making them ideal for wraps, salads, flatbreads or plated meals.

Pack contains 6 escalope's, approximately 115g each.

Ensure fully defrosted before cooking.

Remove the Chicken from packaging and allow to stand
at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking.

In a preheated non-stick pan, sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side. Ensure the chicken is piping hot throughout with no pink meat remaining before serving.

Alternatively, cook in an air fryer preheated to 200c on the roast setting for 5-6 minutes or until piping hot throughout and no pink meat remaining before serving.

Also perfect to cook on the BBQ.

Leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Ideal for flatbreads, wraps, salads, grain bowls or served alongside rice and fresh Mediterranean salads, these versatile chicken flatties deliver authentic flavour with minimal preparation.
