Ingredients
Method
Sliced left over turkey (approx 200g)
1x pack pre rolled puff pastry
1x egg (beaten)
1/2 packet sage and onion stuffing (cooked)
1x jar cranberry sauce
Preheat the oven to fan 200 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Unroll the sheet of puff pastry and cut in to 4 rectangles on the lined tray.
Spread the stuffing mixture over each rectangle, place the turkey slices on top of the stuffing, and add the cranberry sauce.
Take two corners of the pastry and join in the middle. Brush the pastries with the egg mix and cook in the oven for 20-25 mins.
