Herb Fed Golden Chicken Stock – 550g pack

Made from our Herb Fed chicken bones and carcasses, slowly roasted until golden for rich flavour and colour. These are then combined with carefully selected fresh ingredients and simmered down.

A rich and versatile base for gravies, soups, sauces, jus and basting. Delicious and nutritious, tasty enough to be served on its own for drinking or flavouring to use as a bone broth.

Cooking Guide: Hob (3-4 minutes): Heat gently in a saucepan until it reaches a light simmer. Do not boil too vigorously! Serve immediately.

Microwave (3-4 minutes): For best results open the pouch and microwave on full power for 1 minute, let stand for 1 minute and heat for a further 1 minute until piping hot. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Storage: If delivered fresh, once opened, use within 3 days.

If delivered frozen it may thaw slightly on route but will stay frozen and is suitable to be kept frozen if transferred straight into freezer on arrival.

Freezing: Suitable for freezing. If freezing freeze on the day of purchase and use within 6 months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.
