INTRODUCING OUR NEW RECIPE
Our Herb Fed Chicken & Herb Shawarma’s are made to our own unique recipe by our in-house butchery team. Using authentic Middle Eastern spices and fresh herbs, we create a rich, aromatic flavour that’s both traditional and distinctive.
We use our free-range Herb Fed Chicken, which is finely minced, blended with fresh herbs, and hand-shaped onto BBQ-friendly Teppi gushi skewers — perfect for grilling and sharing.
Serving suggestions: Serve with flatbreads and yoghurt dressing.
Cooking instructions: BBQ or grill in a griddle or frying pan for 5 -10minutes or until cooked.

Sold Frozen in packs of 6. May thaw slightly on route but will stay frozen and suitable to be kept frozen if transferred straight into freezer on arrival.
Not suitable for re-freezing once de-frosted. Ensure fully thawed before cooking.
6 pack will feed approximately 4 -6ppl. 6 skewers per pack. Each skewer is 100g. Total pack weight min 600g. Each skewer is 15cm long.
