After plenty of hard work, and lots of taste testing, our brand new sausages are here and ready to sizzle!

Made from succulent Herb Fed free-range chicken breast and leg meat, delicately seasoned with parsley, thyme, garlic, and a zing of lemon, then wrapped in a natural hog casing, our hand-crafted Chicken Sausages are a seriously tasty alternative to pork.

They’re juicy, flavour-packed, and honestly… a little bit irresistible. Go on – give them a try!

Serving suggestion: Perfect for a French inspired mid-week supper with lyonnaise potatoes, petit pois, smoked bacon lardons and a delicious mustard sauce made with some of our own Herb Fed golden chicken stock.

Cooking Guide: Remove all packaging and for best results do not pierce the sausages. Cook until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Oven cook – From Chilled – Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 180℃/350ºF/Gas 4 for 15-20 minutes turning occasionally.

Air Fry – From Chilled- Heat air fryer to 190℃/375ºF. Cook for approx. 13-15 minutes.

Delivered frozen. Keep Frozen at -18°C OR below. Contains raw meat and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.

Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Defrost in a refrigerator, once defrosted use with 48 hours.
