Herb Fed Stuffed Chicken Cushion

Our butchers have taken a whole chicken crown, boned it out and stuffed it with our chicken leg and herb stuffing, before parcelling it up into a little cushion for ease of cooking and carving.

Simple, succulent and tasty with crispy skin around moist textured white meat.

The boneless chicken joint is beautifully presented, ready for cooking and pairing with your favourite seasonal veg!

Servings suggestion: The ideal family meal we’d say but also a dinner party winner – both novel and substantial, and it’s most certainly the easiest meal you’ll prepare!

Cooking guide: Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, before placing the Chicken Cushion in the centre of the oven for 50 minutes. Cooking times based on 900g cushion – please weigh cushion and adjust cooking time if heavier.

Rest for 15mins before serving.
