DESCRIPTION

Our Herb Fed Chicken & Herb Shawarmas are crafted to our own unique recipe by our in-house butchery team. Blending authentic Middle Eastern spices with fresh herbs, they deliver a rich, aromatic flavour that’s both traditional and uniquely ours. Made from free-range, slow-grown Herb Fed chicken, the meat is finely minced, mixed with fresh herbs, and hand-shaped onto BBQ-friendly Teppi gushi skewers, making them ideal for grilling, sharing, and enjoying with friends.
PACK SIZE

6 pack will feed approximately 4 -6ppl. 6 skewers per pack. Each skewer is aprox. 100g. Each skewer is 15cm long.
COOKING GUIDE

Cook on your BBQ or grill, or in a griddle or frying pan, for 5–10 minutes, or until cooked through.
Alternatively, cook in an air fryer for 7–8 minutes at 200°C on the “roast” setting.
SERVING SUGGESTION

Serve with warm flatbreads and a tangy yoghurt dressing, adding crisp shredded lettuce, sliced red onions, and a squeeze of lemon. Pair with grilled peppers or a simple herb salad for a fresh, vibrant meal that complements the Shawarma’s aromatic flavours.

Chicken (95%), fresh herb mix, gluten-free breadcrumb, black pepper, ground cumin, turmeric, all spice, coriander, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt.

STORAGE INFORMATION

Sold Frozen in packs of 6. May thaw slightly on route but will stay frozen and suitable to be kept frozen if transferred straight into freezer on arrival.

Not suitable for re-freezing once de-frosted. Ensure fully thawed before cooking. Use within 24 hours of de-frosting.
DELIVERY

We deliver to your door or you can collect from the farm every Friday - but if Friday doesn’t work for you, just give us a shout… we might be able to twist our own arm!
