Free range chicken escalope’s marinated in Smokey and Spicey
Lamiri Tunis harissa with fresh lemon, garlic and fennel seeds.

Pack contains 6 escalope's, approximately 115g each.

Ensure fully defrosted before cooking.

Remove the Chicken from packaging and allow to stand
at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking.

In a preheated non-stick pan, sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side. Ensure the chicken is piping hot throughout with no pink meat remaining before serving.

Alternatively, cook in an air fryer preheated to 200c on the roast setting for 5-6 minutes or until piping hot throughout and no pink
meat remaining before serving.

Also perfect to cook on the BBQ.

Leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving

Delicious with saffron, herb & apricot cous cous and a big
spoon of garlic yoghurt.

Chicken breast, rapeseed oil, Harissa (Dried chillies, Tabil (caraway seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli flakes), Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Fresh Garlic) lemon, fennel seeds.

Sold Frozen in packs of 6. May thaw slightly on route but will stay frozen and suitable to be kept frozen if transferred straight into freezer on arrival.

Not suitable for re-freezing once de-frosted. Ensure fully thawed before cooking.

We deliver or you can collect from the farm every Friday - but if Friday doesn’t work for you, just give us a shout… we might be able to twist our own arm!
