Our Chicken Escalopes are made from tender, premium Herb Fed chicken breast, carefully prepared for quick, easy cooking and incredible flavour. Thinly sliced for a succulent texture and golden finish, they’re perfect for creating delicious midweek meals in minutes. Versatile and family-friendly, these escalopes work beautifully with everything from fresh salads and buttery mash to pasta, wraps, or classic chips.

Pack contains 6 escalope's, approximately 115g each.

Remove the Chicken from packaging and allow to stand at room
temperature for 10 minutes before cooking.

Drizzle a little olive oil over each escalope. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and any of your favourite spices, herbs, or seasonings.

In a preheated non-stick pan, sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side. Ensure the chicken is piping hot throughout with no pink meat remaining before serving.

Leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Pan-fry until golden and crispy, then serve with garlic butter potatoes and seasonal greens for an easy family dinner, or slice and add to warm wraps, pasta dishes, or fresh salads for a quick and flavour-packed meal. Perfect for busy weeknights and effortless home cooking.
