  • Whole Herb Fed Chicken @ 2.5kg
  • Gravy x1 - 550ml
  • Classic Sausages x1 pack - 6 x 76g sausages per pack
COOKING GUIDE

Cook at 190°C / Gas Mark 5 for 18 minutes per lb (454g). 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, baste the bird with the pan juices.
The chicken is cooked when the juices from deep in the thigh run clear when pierced, or when a core temperature of 75°C is reached. If the bird is not yet cooked, check every 10 minutes after the recommended cooking time.


Rest the chicken for 15 minutes before carving.

Packed in an environment also handling Soya, Gluten, Mustard, Milk, Fish, Egg and Sulphites.

Classic Sausages - Free Range Chicken (75%), Water, Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Chicken Skin, Seasoning (Rusk (WHEAT Flour, Salt, Yeast), Leek Flakes, Salt, WHEAT Flour, Potato Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Dextrose, Stabiliser (E450), E450(iii)), Spices, Flavouring, Sugar, Preservative (Sodium MetabiSULPHITE), Antioxidant (E300), Herbs), Pea Starch, Cracked Black Pepper.
