Herb Fed free range Herb Fed Bronze Turkeys are reared with care using traditional farming methods that put welfare, flavour and quality first. During the day, they're free to roam between their spacious barns and open paddocks, where they can express their natural behaviours by exploring, foraging and enjoying the fresh herbs that supplement their carefully balanced diet.

This distinctive herb fed approach, combined with plenty of space to roam and slower, more natural growth, helps produce a beautifully succulent turkey with exceptional flavour and a firm, satisfying texture. It's a difference you'll notice from the very first taste.

Herb Fed bronze turkey will arrive individually boxed with vacuum packed giblets (included in weight), cooking instructions, a packet of fresh herbs and a recipe for the ‘Perfect Christmas stuffing’.

Our Turkeys are traditionally dry plucked for outstanding quality - It does mean that some pen feathers, (small, undeveloped feathers) can still be seen on the turkey, partly because they are black, but also because we hand-finish the birds it is impossible to get each and everyone out. Please don’t spend your valuable time worrying about these and trying to get them out - they frazzle up when cooked and are perfectly harmless.
