After plenty of hard work, and lots of taste testing, our brand new sausages are here and ready to sizzle!
Made from succulent Herb Fed free range chicken breast and leg meat delicately seasoned with red chilli, garlic, coriander and Kaffir lime leaf in a natural hog casing – our hand-crafted Chicken Sausages are a great alternative to pork.
They’re juicy, flavour-packed, and honestly… a little bit irresistible. Go on – give them a try!

Serving suggestion: Perfect for a healthy mid-week stir fry with Asian vegetables, noodles, peanuts and chilli sauce.
Cooking Guide: Remove all packaging and for best results do not pierce the sausages. Cook until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Oven cook – From Chilled – Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 180℃/350ºF/Gas 4 for 15-20 minutes turning occasionally.
Air Fry – From Chilled- Heat air fryer to 190℃/375ºF. Cook for approx. 13-15 minutes.

Delivered frozen. Keep Frozen at -18°C OR below. Contains raw meat and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.
Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Defrost in a refrigerator, once defrosted use with 48 hours.
Ingredients: Free Range Chicken (75%), Water, WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Chicken Skin, Sweet Chilli Seasoning (Salt, Sugar, Spices, Fructose, Dried Red Pepper), Bread Rusk (WHEAT Flour, Salt, Yeast), Pea Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Tomato Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Coriander, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Stabiliser (E451), Antioxidant (E300), Preservative (Sodium SULPHITE). Filled into Natural Hog Casings.
