Supplied in vacuum-sealed frozen packs, they’re perfect for adding to the roasting pan to create richer, more flavoursome gravy or enhancing homemade stock alongside a carcass, onions, and carrots. Packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals, these giblets not only boost flavour but also provide nutritional benefits, including iron and B12, making them a healthy and versatile addition to your cooking.
