Our Award-winning Herb Fed Free Range Christmas Roosters are an extra special bird slow grown to provide even more succulence and flavor. Like our Turkeys, our free range Christmas Roosters are slow grown, fed a diet of over 10 fresh herbs and free to roam, graze and forage acres of Yorkshire pasture here on our farm. We are excited to be able to offer a Christmas Rooster this Christmas - produced only once a year for Christmas Day they are limited in number. They offer a classic alternative to our Herb Fed Free Range Bronze Turkeys and because they are smaller, they can be the perfect ‘bird with taste’ for a festive family meal. Herb Fed Christmas Roosters are individually boxed and come with Giblets (included in weight) for that extra special rich gravy, cooking instructions and a packet of fresh Christmas herbs, as well as a delicious stuffing recipe courtesy of Sabrina Ghayour– British-Iranian, multi-award winning Chef and food writer… and Herb Fed Supporter!

Keep your fresh rooster refrigerated at 0–4°C and store it in its original packaging until you're ready to cook.

Use by the Use By date shown - 26th Dec.

If freezing, freeze on or before the Use By date and consume within 3 months for best quality.

Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking. Once defrosted, do not refreeze unless cooked.

As with all raw poultry, keep separate from ready-to-eat foods and wash hands, utensils and surfaces thoroughly after handling.

The Christmas delivery date for a Rooster is: Tuesday 23rd December 2025.

he Christmas Collection date for a Rooster is: Tuesday 23rd December (9am-5pm) and Wednesday 24th December (9am – 11am).

We deliver our Christmas poultry nationwide to any UK mainland address. We can’t give you an exact time for delivery but DPD will email you on the day of your delivery with a 2 hour slot. Further delivery information and details on how to download the DPD app to track your delivery from the farm to your house, should you wish to, can be found in our FAQ’s. Are you local? Choose collect from farm as we would love to see you. We're just outside Easingwold clearly signposted off the A19 (YO61 3EH).
